Chapter 28 of the Acts of 2009 made significant changes to the campaign finance law, MGL Chapter 55. A change to Section 26 expands the responsibility of local officials by requiring that any campaign finance report with activity (receipts, expenditures, and liabilities) over $1000 be displayed on the municipal website.
