Dogs must be licensed each January.
The cost is $6 for neutered males or spayed females, and $12 for males and females.
For licensing dogs through the mail please include an additional $1.13 for one dog or $1.30 for 2+ dogs to cover the cost of postage.
A $25 late fee is imposed for any dog licensed after March 1st unless the pet was adopted after that date.
The zoning by-laws allow up to three dogs, unless the owner qualifies for a kennel license by owning a parcel of land consisting of five or more acres of land within the Town.
