Intentions of Marriage may be filed between the hours of 8:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in the office of the Town Clerk. The couple (Party A & Party B) must appear together (except for cases when one of the parties is in the military or incarcerated) at least three business days before the ceremony. The cost, payable in cash, check, or money order upon filing of intentions is $30 effective December 1, 2009, by vote of the Town Council on November 4, 2009.
