ESI EAP is presenting a training to help the Town of West Springfield employees manage difficult situations.
This training will cover the following topics:

Difficult Personality Types -- We'll examine 10 difficult personality types
Understanding Difficult Personalities -- Why they are the way they are
Coping Strategies -- Suggestions on how to deal more effectively with these personality types
Boundaries and Barriers to Respect -- Helpful tips on working with all employees, difficult or otherwise
